Conditions of Hire & Hire Rates

Hire Rates
For single events, the hire rate is £20 per hour. Please ensure that your booking includes enough time for both setting up and clearing away, as this must be within your reserved slot. All hirers should contact the Reading room co-ordinator using the form provided. Please contact the Reading Room co-ordinator for details using the form provided above. Typical Hall Capacities

The hall can accommodate a variety of events with the following typical capacities: up to 60 people for meetings, 40 for receptions or social gatherings, 30 for children’s parties, and 14 for fitness classes. These capacities ensure a comfortable and functional space for a wide range of activities.
